Happy Happy Happy

Thanks to a friend, I was shown a super cool shop at the Asia Market where it has a lot of chinese goodies. The shop not only has the vegetables that we can find in our wet market, it even has things like Gingko nuts, Beancurd Skin, Rock Sugar, seasoning for Ma Po Tofu, Jellyfish, Century Eggs, and some of the canned food that we eat in Singapore. I'm so happy with the purchases I made today.

In addition, Royana is going to teach me her mum's signature dish this Saturday. She called it "Ayam Masak Merah". Don't know what it means but I'm sure it's going to be delicious. We really need some yummy malay curry to spice up our lives.

Finally, I see some hope in Copenhagen and this should last me for the next two weeks till I get to taste the real stuff back home.
