I Am Sick

For the past few days, I have been getting an itchy throat, a running nose and pain in the ribs (from too much coughing). I am sick, thanks to the flu bug. As much as I know water is good for me, I just can't bring myself to down 8 glasses of water everyday. So if you have any good idea on how to make someone drink 8 glasses of water everyday, please let me know, I really need it badly......

I heard this method fr a Taiwan TV variety show... Not sure if this works, and not sure if u hv recovered by now.

It goes sthg like:
2 glasses of water in the morning
2 glasses in the afternoon
2 glasses in the evening
1 glass at night

This adds up to 7 glasses. Pls find a time to fit in your 8th glass. Haha....... I think the key is to spread them out over regular intervals. ~ LC ;p

I have semi-recovered. No flu symptoms in the daytime but at night, my nose becomes stuffy again.

This method sounds workable to me. I'll try it today... or maybe tomorrow. Actually, I also wonder if other kinds of drinks like soya milk, fruit juice, soft drinks, etc count...?
